We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the product is delivered.
To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
